Contracts are a breeders best friend. Along with our kitties!
The Adoption Process:
I have had quite a few amazing people message me to find out our process to bring one of the Wrinkle babies home!
The process is simple because I expect all the people taking one of my kitties to love them as much as, if not more if thats possible, than we do.
So we start off our process with getting to know each other. We message back and forth to see if kitty belongs in your family. We expect you to have a vet sought out, your other pets fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered and kept indoors, children who are taught to respect animals, and enough funds to provide healthy food, clean conditions, natural litter, and vet visits when required(please keep in mind that just walking through the door at the vets office is usually around $75+).
Once you decide that we are the cattery for you and I decide one of our kittens would be incredibly blessed to be in your family, we facetime! We talk more and you meet mom and dad of the litter as well as the babies. I only facetime with those who will 100% be bringing one of my kitties home. Please, I beg you, do not waste my time just to see kittens. Go to a rescue for that, there are adorable ones there. I have 3 teen boys at home and a husband. I homeschool and taking care of My cats is a full time job. When I facetime and spend an hour out of my day, I do expect you to pick out your kitten on that facetime call and place your deposit. Please do your thinking and ask all your questions BEFORE facetime.
After you have chosen your kitty I require 1/2 to hold that kitten. The remainder is not due until pick up. My kittens start at $3200 for Devon Rexes and $2800 for Maine Coons. I work with a lot of people they will be able to bring one of my kittens. We set up A payment plan that works for both of us. However, kittens need to be fully paid for before they go home at 16 weeks. ***I also sell to people with certified catteries or people who are looking to start their own cattery. Please see below for that information.
Kittens go home with a standard kitten contract. That has a health guarantee as will as expectations for kitties homelife. It will also have the neuter/spay requirement in the contract. I send out the general contract with no names plugged in for you to review during our messaging and before facetime, so that you can ask me any questions before we facetime. Once our contract is signed it is legally binding. I do not hesitate to follow through with my contract.
Please let me know if you have any questions!!!
Here are a few general rules on my contract. If you are unable to agree to these rules, we are not the cattery for you.
- No Declawing
- Kitties are not allowed outside
- Kitties are not allowed to be bred without a full breeding contract. See below
- Kitties are not allowed to be re-sold, given away, taken to a shelter, etc. If you are unable to keep kitty for any reason he or she will be returned to me.

Things to keep in mind:

*If you are not in my state the kitten will need to be flown or transported to you. by me. You can come to me to pick up kitty(in Newburgh, NY) but you need to keep in mind that he or she is not allowed to fly cargo according to the contract you will sign. Flying kitty in the cabin with you is usually very inexpensive. I also can fly or transport my kitties to you at cost of flight.

*Pure breed cats are not free nor are they cheap. My kittens start at $3500 for Devon Rex's. This cost covers taking care of mom and dad(vet visits, X-rays, vaccinations, well balanced healthy diet including fresh meat, all natural litter, vaccinations, c-sections if needed, echos, etc) and taking care of kittens(vet visits, any medications needed, any milk supplements needed, blankets, towels, vaccinations, health testing, etc). Registered, healthy catteries spend way more on our cats than what the kitten's and adult's costs are and our job is 24/7. We dont get breaks and we don't get vacations. Please keep this in mind when asking to be put on our waiting list.

*Devon Rex kittens are unique. I will give you the information needed to care for them but it will be your responsibility to do it. They need to be kept warm, they also need to play and they need affection. They need vet visits, toys, healthy food and litter, and time. All these things cost money. Please be prepared when you adopt any cat or kitten.
